Aarav Chokhani

Hi! I’m Aarav, a Grade 12 student who’s fascinated by economics, especially how it shapes the way resources like food reach (or fail to reach) the people who need them most. I’ve explored this through research on India’s Midday Meal Scheme and its link to learning outcomes, and through internships studying affordable, sustainable agrochemicals for smallholder farmers. That curiosity also led me to found the Food Equity and Empowerment Drive (FEED), an initiative working to address child hunger in India. Outside the classroom, I’m a fitness enthusiast who’s happiest on the football field or basketball court, and when I want to unwind, you’ll usually find me behind a drum kit.
